Tavern Ham on Cornbread Topped with Egg

Directions

  1. Cut a small square of cornbread and plate.
  2. Spray a saute pan with cooking spray and toss spinach over medium heat until wilted.
  3. Add spinach to cornbread and top with pepper jack cheese and ham.
  4. Fry egg over medium-high heat. Place egg on top of ham and serve.
