Vietnamese Sandwich with Liverwurst and Sopressata

Directions

  1. In a small bowl whisk together the mayonnaise and sweet chili sauce. Cut the baguettes in half lengthwise and spread each the bottom with the mayonnaise mixture.
  2. Layer each baquette with the liverwurst and sopressata. Continue to layer with the cucumber, carrots, cilantro leaves, green onions, and jalapenos.
  3. Drizzle each sandwich with chili sauce and serve immediately.
