  1. On a clean work surface, use a vegetable peeler to shave the carrot into thin strips. Set aside.
  2. Slice the Boar's Head Bold Ichiban Teriyaki Style Chicken Breast into 1/4 inch strips and set aside.
  3. In a large salad bowl, combine shaved carrots, cabbage, lettuce, red pepper, sliced oranges, Thai basil, and almonds. Toss lightly to mix all ingredients.
  4. Top salad with sliced chicken. Garnish with Chow Mein noodles.
  5. Drizzle salad with dressing of choice, or dressing listed below.
  6. To make the dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together orange zest, orange juice, ginger, rice vinegar, honey and vegetable oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
