Our products are not highly processed. In order for you to enjoy optimum flavor, we recommend that you do not purchase more product than you can consume within three days.

We do not recommend freezing our products. Freezing affects both texture and flavor. However, if you do choose to freeze any of our fine products, be sure to defrost under refrigeration.
