Ingredients

Directions

  1. Arrange arugula on 4 plates and layer each plate with slices of roast beef.
  2. Sprinkle with equal amounts Parmesan over each plate, add capers and top with a drizzle of olive oil and lemon juice.
  3. If desired, add salt and pepper to taste.
