EverRoast® Creamy Chicken-and-Artichoke Casserole

  1. Preheat the oven to 350° F and lightly grease a 2 1/2 quart casserole dish.
  2. In a large non-stick skillet, over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the garlic and shallots and cook 2 minutes, until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the wine and cook a few minutes. Stir in the milk and turn down to a simmer.
  4. Add the cream cheese and grated cheese and combine.
  5. Stir in the chicken, artichokes, and spinach.
  6. Spoon into the prepared casserole dish.
  7. Top with the breadcrumbs and bake 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
