EverRoast® Ginger Slaw

An Asian twist on a fresh-tasting slaw makes this an excellent companion for lunch.

  1. Cut chicken into small cubes and add to the broccoli slaw. Set aside.
  2. To make the dressing, mix the oil, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, and bottled ginger in a small jar with a lid. Shake well.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad mixture. Stir and refrigerate.
  4. Once cold, scoop the chicken salad onto endive leaves. Sprinkle evenly with Almonds.
