Golden Classic Chicken with Pasta and Lemon Garlic Sauce

This delicious recipe can be enjoyed hot or cold.

  1. Zest both lemons reserving the juice from each in a separate bowl.
  2. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  3. Steam broccoli to desired doneness and set aside.
  4. Over medium-high heat, sauté walnuts and bread crumbs in two tablespoons of olive oil until lightly toasted. Lower heat to medium then add minced garlic, lemon zest, parsley, broccoli and chicken.
  5. Toss ingredients to blend and warm the chicken, about 1 minute. Remove from heat.
  6. Toss cooked pasta with lemon juice and two tablespoons of olive oil, add chicken and broccoli and toss to coat.
