BBQ BLT Chicken Salad

A twist on two American classics. Between the BBQ and the BLT, this refreshingly flavorful salad is guaranteed to please.

Boar's Head® Kosher Dill Pickle Chips

Instructions


  1. 01Combine BBQ sauce, mayonnaise, lemon juice and pepper in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate for one hour.
  2. 02Combine chicken, tomatoes, scallions and celery; stir in the dressing.
  3. 03Serve over salad greens with crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese, or on a soft Kaiser roll as a twist on everyday chicken salad sandwich.
