BBQ BLT Chicken Salad
A twist on two American classics. Between the BBQ and the BLT, this refreshingly flavorful salad is guaranteed to please.

Boar's Head Sweet & Mild Gourmet BBQ Sauce1cup
Boar's Head® Kosher Dill Pickle Chips1tbsp
Lemon juice1tsp
Black pepper2½cups
Boar's Head All American BBQ Chicken, Julienne2lrg.
Tomato, Chopped2
Scallions, Chopped Finely¼cup
Celery, Chopped4cups
Sriracha mayo, Chopped4slices
Boar's Head Pre-cooked Bacon, Crumbled⅛cup
Boar’s Head® Vermont Yellow Cheddar Cheese, Shredded1
Kaiser RollInstructions
- 01Combine BBQ sauce, mayonnaise, lemon juice and pepper in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate for one hour.
- 02Combine chicken, tomatoes, scallions and celery; stir in the dressing.
- 03Serve over salad greens with crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese, or on a soft Kaiser roll as a twist on everyday chicken salad sandwich.
