EverRoast® Chicken Chop Salad with Plum Dressing

  1. To make dressing, warm half the olive oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Toss two of the diced plums with the honey and add to the pan, cooking to soften. Remove from the heat and stir in the onion sauce. Add the lemon zest; whisk in the remaining oil; set aside.
  2. To make the chicken salad, toss together all of the remaining ingredients (except for remaining plums) in a large serving bowl.
  3. Drizzle chicken salad with the dressing and serve with a few sliced plums for garnish.
