Gruyere Parmesan Monkey Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Spray a small Bundt cake pan or any tube pan with non stick spray.
  2. Mix cheeses and set aside.
  3. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, rosemary and salt.
  4. Open the first tube of biscuits and separate each biscuit into 3 layers. Spoon about 1 teaspoon of cheese onto the middle of each layer and pinch the ends together. Roll into a ball and dip in olive oil mixture. Place into baking pan; sprinkle with cheese mix. Repeat until all two tubes of biscuit dough are used.
  5. Pour any leftover olive oil mixture onto bread and sprinkle any leftover cheese over the top.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes. Serve with soups or salads or as part of antipasto.
