Sweet Slice® Salsa Egg Wrap

This deliciously simple breakfast wrap features the perfect combo of sweet and savory.

  1. Place the wrap on work surface.
  2. Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onions and peppers and cook until tender.
  3. Add mushrooms and saute for an additional minute.
  4. Turn off heat, add ham and toss to warm. Place onto a plate and set aside.
  5. Scramble the eggs in same skillet over medium-high heat.
  6. Layering ingredients as you would on a pizza, add cheese, egg, onion, pepper, mushroom and ham mixture onto the wrap.
  7. Drizzle with desired amount of salsa and roll tightly. Serve warm.
