Scrambled Egg with Salmon Bagel

  1. Slice bagel and toast if desired.
  2. Place cheese on bottom half of bagel and set aside. Prepare sauté pan with cooking spray and over medium heat scramble the eggs.
  3. Top the bagel with eggs, salmon and capers and serve.
