Classic Swiss Fondue

Directions

  1. Mix the Swiss Cheese and Gruyere Cheese with cornstarch in a mixing bowl and set aside.
  2. Slice garlic clove in half and rub half of the garlic over the inside of the fondue pot.
  3. Finely slice the other half of garlic and add to the pot.
  4. Add the wine to the pot and heat slowly until it begins to bubble.
  5. Gently stir a quarter of the cheese mixture into the pot; whisk until melted and repeat until all cheese is melted in the pot.
  6. Serve with sliced bread.
