Lower Sodium Ham & Polenta Rounds

  1. Preheat a conventional oven to 350° F.
  2. Slice the polenta into 4 rounds. Note: The polenta used for this recipe is pre-cooked and comes in a tube. It is possible to use quick cooking polenta, prepared in a pan and then cut into squares instead of rounds.
  3. Top polenta rounds with pesto and ham, divided evenly.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or according to package directions.
