Feta Stuffed Mushrooms

Mushroom caps stuffed with a delicious mixture and grilled to perfection.

  1. Cut the stem of each mushroom and use a spoon to scrape away the gills.
  2. Quickly rinse mushrooms using as little water as possible.
  3. Dry each mushroom well and brush evenly with Worcestershire sauce.
  4. In a bowl, mix the Feta and rosemary and then evenly divide among the 4 mushrooms.
  5. Grill for about 5 minutes or until done.
