Prosciutto and Pea Bowtie Pasta

  1. Cook bowties according to package directions.
  2. While the pasta cooks, heat the oil in a medium skillet and saute the garlic. Drain the artichokes and add them to the skillet with the red pepper just until the garlic turns golden brown; add the peas and cook another minute.
  3. Drain the pasta and place in a serving bowl. Add the artichoke/pea mixture, prosciutto, and parsley. Toss gently. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
  4. Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
