Mesquite Smokehouse Beef Tostaditos

  1. Shred Mesquite Smokehouse Beef Brisket; set aside.
  2. In a large sauté pan, heat 2 tablespoons of canola oil over medium high heat. Add corn tortillas and cook 1-2 minutes on each side. Remove and stack tortillas on a warming plate in a 150 degree oven to keep warm.
  3. Wipe out the pan. Add chili beans and heat over medium heat until warmed through. Remove from heat.
  4. Spread a large spoonful of beans evenly on a tortilla and top with lettuce, tomato, avocado, cheddar, brisket, Monterey jack, and jalapeno, and then serve.
