Gluten Free Havarti Cheese Bread Pudding

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cut bread into cubes and place in 8x8 inch pan.
  3. In separate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla until combined. Stir in cheese.
  4. Pour mixture evenly over cubed bread and allow time for mixture to soak into bread. Lightly press mixture down in pan.
  5. Bake until set (about 40-45 minutes) and top is lightly browned. Serve with drizzle of caramel sauce.
