All American Ham & Potato Salad

  1. Dice the celery into 1/4" pieces, and cut the ham into 1/2" cubes.
  2. In medium saucepan cover potatoes with water and bring to a boil. Cook for about 10 minutes, or until potatoes are almost tender.
  3. Drain potatoes and let cool.
  4. Add celery and ham with remaining ingredients.
  5. Cut cooled potatoes into quarters and place in large bowl. Toss well to combine.
  6. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
