Ovengold® Turkey Stir Fry

  1. Slice turkey in strips.
  2. Blend 2 tsp. of the soy sauce and garlic powder into the ham glaze and set aside.
  3. Add 1 tbsp. of oil to hot wok or large frying pan, and swirl to coat. Add remaining 2 tsp. of soy sauce and meat to pan and sauté over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add frozen vegetables, stir. Add cooking sauce blend and mix well.
  4. Cover and simmer over low heat until vegetables are tender (about 10 minutes), stirring occasionally.
  5. Serve over boiled rice.
