Ovengold® Potato Gnocchi

  1. Preheat oven to high broil.
  2. Leave potatoes unpeeled and boil in water with salt. Peel and mash potatoes. Beat the eggs. Add the eggs and 1 tbsp. butter, mix.
  3. Add the chopped turkey and a little flour, and knead until soft. Make small balls with dough and place on a floured cutting board.
  4. Let the balls sit for 10 minutes, then press with a fork to create the ridges.
  5. Heat water with salt and 1 tablespoon butter and bring to the boil. Add the gnocchi. Once the water starts to boil again, remove the gnocchi and drain.
  6. Place in a dish, sprinkle with grated cheese and breadcrumbs, and grill in a hot oven for 20 seconds.
