EverRoast® Chicken Timbales with Remoulade Sauce

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter. Add the bell pepper, green onions, and garlic.
  2. Sauté 3 to 4 minutes until veggies are tender.
  3. Transfer mixture to a bowl and stir in the chicken, breadcrumbs, and egg.
  4. Let mixture rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour to 'set' ingredients.
  5. Preheat the oven to 375° F.
  6. Divide the mixture into 4 equal size portions and compress each portion into a greased 4-inch ramekin.
  7. Bake 20 minutes to warm through and crisp a little on the top.
  8. Remove the ramekins from the oven and loosen the sides with a narrow spatula or butter knife. Let rest for 5 minutes.
  9. Place each timbale on a serving plate. Drizzle with a bit of the remoulade sauce and then garnish each with a sprinkling of chicken cubes and scallions. Serve immediately with 3 dots of more remoulade sauce on the side of the timbale.
