Cream Cheese & Shrimp Pate

  1. Mix cream cheese, lemon and cayenne pepper in a medium sized bowl.
  2. Add chopped shrimp, bacon bits, scallions and chopped parsley and blend.
  3. Line a small pate pan with plastic wrap. Pour cream cheese mixture onto the wrap. Gently press to form, cover and chill.
  4. Unmold the pate onto a plate. Serve sliced as part of a salad or as a spread with crackers. Use whole shrimp as garnish on top of pate slices.
