Cheddar Cheese Apple Loaf

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Chop apples. In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon together.
  3. Mix apples, pecans and half the sugar mixture together. Set aside.
  4. Open dough tubes and carefully find seams and unroll them. Sprinkle each piece of dough with shredded cheese, starting at the long side, and leaving about 1" at the other long side clean. Divide the apple mixture between the rolls and spread over cheese, leaving 1" at the end clean.
  5. Starting at the filled end, roll dough making 2 long logs. Twist the logs together, and place in loaf pan that's been sprayed with non-stick spray. Brush twist with melted butter and sprinkle with remaining sugar and cinnamon mix.
  6. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes.
