  1. Preheat oven to 400° F.
  2. Unroll pie crust and press into 9 or 11 inch tart pan. Poke holes with a fork all over the crust and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Remove from refrigerator and place directly into the oven and bake for 10 minutes. Set aside once baked.
  3. In a medium bowl add cheese, mayonnaise and cream cheese. Mix until smooth.
  4. Cook bacon in a medium pan until crispy. Remove bacon from pan and allow to cool. Crumble bacon over the bottom of the cooked tart shell. Sprinkle green onions over bacon.
  5. Spread cream cheese mixture over green onions. Lay sliced tomatoes over the top and place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
