Honey-Brûléed French Brie

Indulge in an appetizer that boasts the soft, creamy texture and luxuriously fresh flavor of French Brie cheese beneath a caramelized brûlée shell. 



  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Remove the top rind from the brie, keeping the bottom and edges, and place in a brie baking dish or a round, oven-safe dish.
  3. Spread the honey and brown sugar evenly on top of the brie.
  4. Place under the broiler for 1-2 minutes, until the sugar and honey caramelize.
  5. Remove from the broiler and allow to cool until hardened.
  6. Serve with crostini.
