- Toast the bread and set aside until cool.
- Evenly spread mayonnaise on one side of each piece of toast.
- Top the first slice of bread with turkey, tomato and cheese, then place the second slice of bread mayo-side up. Layer the ham, bacon and lettuce. Place the last slice of bread mayo-side down.
- Insert sandwich skewers in quadrants of the sandwich, then slice into quarters to share.
