Pepperoni Rolls

Filled with melty provolone cheese and fresh pepperoni, this family favorite makes for an effortless lunch, satisfying snack or weeknight dinner dish.



  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Taking 16 pieces of bread dough, roll each piece out into a 4-inch square, about ¼ thick.
  3. Place one piece of provolone on each square, top with 4-6 slices of pepperoni, and sprinkle with oregano.
  4. Roll each piece tightly, lightly pressing the ends closed, and place seam-side down on your baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the dough is golden brown.
  6. Serve with marinara sauce.
