Herb-Marinated Mozzarella

  1. Slice mozzarella into rounds, about ¼-inch thick. Set aside.
  2. Pour a thin layer of olive oil in a small serving dish, then place the mozzarella slices in the dish.
  3. Sprinkle with the fresh herbs and pepper flakes, then drizzle with remaining olive oil. Cover and let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  4. Serve with toasted baguette slices.
