3 Cheese Vegetarian Panini

Instructions

  1. Heat a panini press to medium high
  2. Slice the ciabatta bread in half lengthwise and place the bottom slice on a clean work surface
  3. Layer the ingredients in the following order:
  4. Evenly spread the sun-dried tomato spread over the bottom of the bread
  5. Evenly layer the Fontina cheese
  6. Scatter the arugula over the fontina cheese
  7. Layer the cucumber
  8. Layer the Asiago and Vermont Cheddar on top
  9. Place the top of the ciabatta over the cheese
  10. Place in the panini press fo 5 minutes or until the bread is crisped and golden brown and the cheese is melted
