Bold Madrasala® Curry Chicken Naan Sandwich
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 320° F.
- Brush the top of the naan bread with olive oil, place on a baking sheet and transfer to the oven.
- Bake until toasted and slightly crisp, about 3 minutes, then remove and allow to cool slightly.
- Slice the naan in half cross-wise and spread 1 tbsp of chutney on one side of each slice.
- Stack the following ingredients in order on the first slice of naan: spinach, Manchego Cheese, chicken slices and red onion.
- Finish by topping off with the remaining naan slice, chutney side down.
