Bold Madrasala® Curry Chicken Salad Croissant
Instructions
- In a clean bowl, combine Madrasala® Curry Chicken, grapes, cilantro, carrots, cashews and red onion.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, honey, garam masala, ginger, turmeric, salt and pepper.
- Toss curry sauce with the chicken mixture and serve on a freshly baked croissant.
