I know it is the "gold standard" of quality. Not just saying that in a cliche' fashion; for instance, when I am traveling and am seeking a good deli sandwich, if I see the Boar's Head sign in the window of that deli, I will pick that establishment. Why, because I know it chose the top of the line meats and cheeses, and if they cared to do that, then they are worthy of my business. I particularly like the Ovengold Turkey - why cook when someone else has done it for you - thank you for setting the bar so high!
