Turkey Bacon Egg Cups
Wrapped in our rich, smoky turkey bacon and packed with flavor, your whole family will love this effortlessly delicious, grab-and-go breakfast.

Uncured Turkey Bacon1cup
Baby spinach, rinsed1
Medium yellow onion, diced1
Red Bell Pepper, diced6
Grape tomatoe, halved2
Egg whites1cup
Gold Label Imported Swiss Cheese, shreddedInstructions
- 01Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a muffin tin with nonstick spray. Line each muffin cup with the turkey bacon slices.
- 02Evenly distribute the spinach, onion, red pepper and tomato into each muffin cup.
- 03In a mixing bowl, combine the egg whites and cheese. Pour evenly into muffin cups.
- 04Bake for 10-15 minutes until bacon and eggs have cooked through.
