Barbecue Tea Sandwiches

A fanciful take on a BBQ feast, these tea sandwiches pack fresh avocado, pineapple salsa, and PitCraft Slow Smoked Turkey on toasted sourdough for a flavor-filled delight thats anything but dainty. 



  1. Toast bread until golden brown. Dice avocado and layer on two slices of bread.
  2. Top bread with 4 ounces of turkey and 1/4 cup of pineapple salsa.
  3. Spread 1 tablespoon of barbecue sauce on remaining slice of bread.
