  1. Place the butter in a large saute pan and melt over medium heat
  2. Place 6 tablespoons of the cheese in separate mounds in the pan
  3. Lightly flatten them out, leaving space in between
  4. Cook until the cheese becomes crispy on the bottom and flip the discs over to crisp both sides
  5. Remove from the heat and place on paper towels to cool
  6. Repeat the process with the remaining butter and 6 more tablespoons of the cheese
  7. Serve with charcuterie, olives and other cheeses
