Vermont Cheddar Cheese - Yellow

1oz

Cream cheese

1oz

Roasted red pepper, Chopped

¼cup

Fresh cilantro, Chopped

2leaves

Green leaf lettuce

Lavash wrap

Instructions

01Spread cream cheese on the top half of the lavash.
02Place 2 slices of Vermont Cheddar - Yellow at the bottom of the lavash.
03Spread out the chicken over the cheese.
04Towards the bottom of the lavash add roasted red peppers, cilantro and lettuce over the chicken.
05Tightly roll the lavash towards the cream cheese.
06Slice the pinwheel into 6 equal pieces. Serve and enjoy!
