Classic Reuben Sandwich
An iconic deli classic packed with flavor. Thinly sliced corned beef is piled high on hearty rye bread, layered with rich melted Swiss cheese, tangy sauerkraut, and creamy Thousand Island dressing, then toasted to golden, crispy perfection.

First Cut Cooked Corned Beef Brisket, sliced thin, (approx. 4 slices)2oz
Gold Label Imported Switzerland Swiss® Cheese, sliced thin, (approx. 2 slices)¼cup
Sauerkraut, drained1tbsp
Butter, softened2slices
Rye bread3tbsp
Thousand Island dressingInstructions
- 01Butter one side of each slice of bread. Flip both slices over and spread the dressing on the unbuttered side of each slice.
- 02On one slice of bread, place the Swiss Cheese slices over the dressing; then layer the Corned Beef Brisket.
- 03Evenly spread the drained Sauerkraut over the meat; then crown with the remaining slice of bread, buttered side facing up.
- 04Heat a skillet over medium heat and toast the sandwich for 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until golden, crisp, and cheese fully melted.
- 05Remove from skillet, cut in half if desired, and enjoy warm.
