Classic Reuben Sandwich
A good ole' fashioned Corned Beef Reuben Sandwich. Pile it high and serve on rye.
Ingredients
¼lb
First Cut Cooked Corned Beef Brisket, sliced thin2slices
Gold Label Imported Switzerland Swiss® Cheese, sliced thin2tbsp
Sauerkraut, drained2tsp
Unsalted butter, softened2slices
Rye bread4tbsp
Thousand Island dressingInstructions
- 01Butter each slice of bread and place into skillet buttered side down.
- 02Spread 1 tablespoon of thousand island dressing on each slice of bread.
- 03Evenly spread Sauerkraut and place a slice of cheese over each slice of bread.
- 04Pile the Corned Beef on one side, then press sandwich together.
- 05Place skillet over medium-low heat and grill until bread is browned and crisped.
- 06Flip sandwich over to grill other side.
