Bacon-Wrapped Jalapeño Poppers

Cream Cheese, at room temperature

Boar's Head® Sharp Wisconsin Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Boar's Head® 3 Pepper Colby Jack® Cheese, shredded
½cup
Cilantro Leaves, chopped
2tbsp
Chives, chopped
½tsp
Garlic Powder
½tsp
Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

Large Jalapeño Peppers, halved lengthwise and seeded

Boar's Head® Naturally Smoked Bacon, cut in half

Instructions


  1. 01Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 02In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar, colby jack, cilantro, chives, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper.
  3. 03Stuff the pepper halves with the cream cheese mixture then wrap with a slice of bacon, holding in place with a toothpick.
  4. 04Place the wrapped jalapeños on the prepared baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes, until bacon is crispy and the cheese is melted.
  5. 05Switch the oven to broil for 1-2 minutes to give the bacon an extra crisp.
  6. 06Remove toothpicks before serving.
