Try pairing Grande Pepperoni with Hot Dry Capocollo, Genoa Salami, and Picante Provolone Cheese for a comforting and classic Italian sub.

Hot Uncured Capocollo

Genoa Salami

Picante Provolone Cheese, sliced in half
1tsp
Real Mayonnaise
2tbsp
Deli Dressing
1each
French baguette, half and sliced lengthwise
2leaves
Leaf lettuce
6slices
Tomato, sliced thin
¼cup
Red onion, rings, thinly sliced

Instructions


  1. 01Place opened roll onto a work surface.
  2. 02Spread mayo on the bottom half of the roll. Then drizzle with dressing.
  3. 03Top with lettuce, tomato, onions, pepperoni, capocollo, genoa, and cheese.
  4. 04Crown with the top roll.
