Breakfast Burrito with BourbonRidge® Ham & Cheese
Instructions
- In a medium skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and scramble the eggs.
- Place the tortillas on a clean flat, work surface and layer the eggs, ham, hash browns and cheddar cheese on the lower half of the burrito.
- Fold in the sides and roll up to enclose the filling.
- Serve the salsa on the side.
