Pumpkin Pie Dessert Hummus Cheesecake Bites
These cheesecake bars are a combination of a classic pumpkin pie with the silky creaminess of a cheesecake. This easy dessert is perfect to serve at holiday dinners or just because you feel like having a pumpkin treat.
Ingredients
1½cups
Graham Cracker Crumbs5tbsp
Unsalted Butter, melted¼cup
Sugar¼tsp
Salt16oz
Boar's Head Pumpkin Pie Dessert Hummus4tbsp
Brown Sugar20oz
Cream Cheese4
Egg to taste
Caramel sauce, store bought to taste
Powdered SugarInstructions
- 01Header: Crust
- 02In a food processor slowly pulse in graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar & salt
- 03In a greased spring form pan press the graham crust into the bottom and edged to compact the crust
- 04Bake in a preheated oven on 350 for 10 minutes and then remove the par-baked crust to cool completely
- 05Header: Cheesecake
- 06In a mixer, incorporate 1 tub (8oz) of Pumpkin Pie Dessert Hummus with the brown sugar and cream cheese until fully blended
- 07On a low speed blend in the eggs one at a time, be sure to scrape down the sides of the mixer between adding each egg
- 08Pour the cream cheese batter into the cooled crust
- 09Bake crust with the cream cheesecake for approximately 35 minutes at 350 degrees F, or until center is set
- 10Chill completely and remove cheesecake from the pan
- 11Evenly spread 1 tub (8oz) of Pumpkin Pie Dessert Hummus over the top
- 12Drizzle caramel sauce and powdered sugar to taste
