Blazing Buffalo Chicken Sausage Jambalaya




  1. Open the Boars Head Blazing Buffalo All Natural Chicken Sausage packages and place them on a cutting board.
  2. Slice the Buffalo Chicken Sausage in approx. 1/2 inch pieces.
  3. Brown the chicken sausage in a pan with olive oil.
  4. After browning, remove from pan and add butter and flour to the pan. Add the onion, green pepper and sauté.
  5. Add thyme, tomatoes, bay leaves, chicken broth, rice and Chicken Sausage back to the pan.
  6. Bring the mixture to a boil and cover and simmer for 25 minutes.
  7. Allow to rest covered for 10 minutes before serving.
  8. Garnish with chives and thyme.
