Chorizo Chicken Sausage Tacos

Fresh cilantro, chopped

Product: 968 - Colby Jack Cheese, shredded

Pico de Gallo
1cup
Guacamole
¼cup
Sour cream
¼cup
Jalapeños, sliced

Lime, sliced into wedges

Instructions


  1. 01Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté the chicken sausage until lightly browned and heated through, about 5-7 minutes. Slice into coins and toss with fresh cilantro.
  2. 02Warm tortillas according to package directions, then fill with sausage, shredded cheese and pico de gallo.
  3. 03Serve with guacamole, sour cream, jalapeños and lime, for juicing.
