Chorizo Chicken Sausage Tacos

Boar's Head Chorizo All Natural Chicken Sausage¼cup
Fresh cilantro, chopped8
Flour tortilla1cup
Product: 968 - Colby Jack Cheese, shredded1cup
Pico de Gallo1cup
Guacamole¼cup
Sour cream¼cup
Jalapeños, sliced1
Lime, sliced into wedgesInstructions
- 01Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté the chicken sausage until lightly browned and heated through, about 5-7 minutes. Slice into coins and toss with fresh cilantro.
- 02Warm tortillas according to package directions, then fill with sausage, shredded cheese and pico de gallo.
- 03Serve with guacamole, sour cream, jalapeños and lime, for juicing.
