Italian Roasted Ham Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients
3oz
Italian Roasted Ham, sliced thick1½oz
Provolone Cheese , sliced¾oz
Pepperhouse Gourmaise1each
Egg, fried1each
Roma Tomato, sliced1each
Brioche Bun, split1½oz
ButterInstructions
- 01Preheat oven to 500F
- 02Slice roma tomato in half lengthwise
- 03Season with salt and pepper and place on baking sheet
- 04Bake in the oven until the tomato skins turn black
- 05Remove from oven and allow to cool. Remove skins and discard
- 06Melt 1 oz of butter on griddle and place brioche down split side down and toast to golden brown
- 07Melt 1/2 oz butter on griddle and place ham down and sear for 1.5-2 min per side
- 08Add provolone cheese on top of ham to melt
- 09Add egg to griddle and cook to over medium, season with salt and pepper
- 10Remove bread from griddle and place onto clean work surface
- 11Spread gourmaise on bottom bun
- 12Add ham slices on top of gourmaise
- 13Top fried egg and roasted tomatoes
- 14Crown with top bun and serve
