Italian Roasted Ham Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients


3oz
Italian Roasted Ham, sliced thick
oz
Provolone Cheese , sliced
¾oz
Pepperhouse Gourmaise
1each
Egg, fried
1each
Roma Tomato, sliced
1each
Brioche Bun, split
oz
Butter
 
Salt & Pepper, to taste

Instructions


  1. 01Preheat oven to 500F
  2. 02Slice roma tomato in half lengthwise
  3. 03Season with salt and pepper and place on baking sheet
  4. 04Bake in the oven until the tomato skins turn black
  5. 05Remove from oven and allow to cool. Remove skins and discard
  6. 06Melt 1 oz of butter on griddle and place brioche down split side down and toast to golden brown
  7. 07Melt 1/2 oz butter on griddle and place ham down and sear for 1.5-2 min per side
  8. 08Add provolone cheese on top of ham to melt
  9. 09Add egg to griddle and cook to over medium, season with salt and pepper
  10. 10Remove bread from griddle and place onto clean work surface
  11. 11Spread gourmaise on bottom bun
  12. 12Add ham slices on top of gourmaise
  13. 13Top fried egg and roasted tomatoes
  14. 14Crown with top bun and serve
