Instructions

Dice the dinner cut slices of chicken.
In a large mixing bowl, add diced chicken, mustard, mayonnaise, diced pickles, red onion, parsley, chives and dill. Mix all ingredients together.
Place a slice of cheese and a palmful of arugula on the bottom of each slider bun, scoop the chicken & dill pickle salad evenly on top.
Serve and enjoy!
