Bold BourbonRidge® Uncured Smoked Ham and Cheddar Biscuits with Fig Jam
BourbonRidge®Uncured Smoked Ham pairs perfectly with a mildly sweet fig jam and Sharp Wisconsin Cheddar for an unexpected twist on a breakfast classic.

Biscuit, halved4tbsp
Fig Jam12oz
Bold BourbonRidge Smoked Uncured Ham, cut to same size as biscuits12oz

- 01Preheat broiler to 525° F.
- 02Spread room temperature butter over biscuit halves.
- 03Broil biscuit halves until butter melts and biscuits brown at edges, about 1 minute.
- 04Remove biscuits from broiler, keeping broiler on.
- 05Spread the bottom halves of biscuits with fig jam.
- 06Top each of the bottom halves with slices of ham, then 1 slice of cheese.
- 07If desired, broil until cheese is melted and ham is heated, about 1 minute.
- 08Cover with biscuit tops.
