Bold BourbonRidge® Uncured Smoked Ham and Cheddar Biscuits with Fig Jam

BourbonRidge®Uncured Smoked Ham pairs perfectly with a mildly sweet fig jam and Sharp Wisconsin Cheddar for an unexpected twist on a breakfast classic.

Biscuit, halved

Fig Jam

Bold BourbonRidge Smoked Uncured Ham, cut to same size as biscuits

Product: 15206 - Boar's Head Sharp Wisconsin Cheddar (Yellow)

Instructions


  1. 01Preheat broiler to 525° F.
  2. 02Spread room temperature butter over biscuit halves.
  3. 03Broil biscuit halves until butter melts and biscuits brown at edges, about 1 minute.
  4. 04Remove biscuits from broiler, keeping broiler on.
  5. 05Spread the bottom halves of biscuits with fig jam.
  6. 06Top each of the bottom halves with slices of ham, then 1 slice of cheese.
  7. 07If desired, broil until cheese is melted and ham is heated, about 1 minute.
  8. 08Cover with biscuit tops.
