Boar's Head® Pan Pizza

A simple dish to satisfy your pizza craving, this pan style pizza is elevated with premium ingredients like Boar's Head® Mozzarella Cheese and Pepperoni.

Ingredients


10½oz
Pizza dough, premade, at room temperature
¾cup
Pizza sauce
12oz
Traditional Pepperoni (Natural Casing)
8oz
Boar's Head® Fresh Mozzarella, shredded

Instructions


  1. 01Adjust oven rack to lowest position and preheat oven to 550°F.
  2. 02Press dough into an 8.5 x 11 metal baking dish, pushing down on dough with your fingertips to remove air bubbles.
  3. 03Spread sauce over the dough base.
  4. 04Lay half of the pepperoni slices over the sauce.
  5. 05Top pepperoni with shredded mozzarella.
  6. 06Layer with remaining pepperoni.
  7. 07Bake until edges are golden and bubbly and cheese is starting to lightly brown, about 12 to 15 minutes.
  8. 08Run a knife around the edges of the pan to loosen the pizza. Slide it onto a cutting board.
  9. 09Slice and serve.
