Classic Grilled Cheese
Everyone loves a warm Classic Grilled Cheese. Make it extra creamy and delicious with our Real Mayonnaise and Sharp Wisconsin Cheddar Cheese.
Ingredients
1tbsp
Boar's Head® Real Mayonnaise2tbsp
Boar's Head® Kosher Dill Pickle Chips2
Thick Cut Country Style Bread4oz
Sharp Wisconsin Cheddar Cheese (Yellow)Instructions
- 01Spread the mayonnaise evenly over one side of the bread. Repeat this step with the other slice.
- 02Place one piece of bread, mayo-side down, onto a medium sauté pan.
- 03Layer the cheese on the bread.
- 04Top with the remaining piece of bread, mayo-side up.
- 05Place the pan over medium heat and cook until the cheese is melted and the bottom of the bread is golden brown and crunchy, about 3 to 4 minutes.
- 06Flip the sandwich and continue to cook until the bottom side is golden brown and the cheese is melted on the top and bottom.
- 07Slice in half and serve.
